Certified DOT Physicals

For a CDL Class A, B, or C or CDL permit you must hold a US DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate. A CDL Medical Exam by Dr. Barker, or any other Certified Medical Examiner, is valid for up to 24 months. A DOT Physical provider may also issue a CDL Medical Card for less than 2 years when it is desirable to monitor a condition, as outlined by DOT medical regulations.
